At Euroclear, we have implemented a Diversity & Inclusion strategy and action plan which seeks to promote equality of opportunity for all our people, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion or disability. A group-wide senior management Diversity Council meets twice a year to discuss new initiatives.Our Diversity & Inclusion Policy sets out the standards to which we expect staff to adhere.
